300d Direct Air Intake Kit

What we have here is a great direct air intake kit available for the 617 81-85 diesel.

This kit completely removes the huge oem airbox with the constricted intake elbow into the turbo.

With this kit you can really hear the spooling of the turbo and it makes the engine sound more throaty while boosting overall performance. One customer said it makes his car "Growl". It really allows the turbo to finally breath.

The intake parts to this kit are a 3 inch aluminum chromed intake tube with a 3 to 2.5 high temp rubber reducer with a K&N style air filter that is cleanable.

The engine vent gas/oil separator (oil breather) unit is an all metal tig welded high quality design that is indestructible compared to cheap plastic counterparts. This Oil Separators are steel tig welded and powder coated black which makes them literally indestructable.

This breather kit allows the engine to vent properly and let oil blowby drain back to the oil pan. Also comes with instructional dvd to help you install this which takes about 35 minutes. we also have a K&N filter upgrade available for $30 Free Shipping in the U.S.

Valve Adjustment Wrench

What we have here is a set (2 wrenches) of new Black or Red valve adjustment wrenches for a Mercedes Diesel Car year range 65-85. This set is an all tig welded design with comfortable handles to hold the set securely. The wrenches are designed in such a way as to allow them to completely nest together which allows for completely manueverability when adjusting the valves.

These wrenches are 14mm and will fit the following chassis with diesel engines: 110, 115, 116, 123 and 126 up to 1985

Each set of wrenches now comes with a set of feeler gauges with 15 gauges. 002, .003,.004, .005, .006, .008, .011, .012, .013, .014, .016, .018,.020,.022,.025

The EGR valve let's exhaust gas be re- burnt through the intake of the mercedes turbo diesel engine. This allows major carbon deposits that can clog the intake. This cuts down on miles per gallon while loosing overall performance.
